WHY DO YOU ONLY OFFER ONE SET OF STYLE?
We’re working hard to provide a greater variety of sizes, styles and colours to fit as many
women as possible. Our main goal this year is to be a fully-inclusive brand, offering as
many styles as we can. For now, we know that our ” one set of style” will fit a wide range
of different body types. Trust us, we’ve tried it on. To make it easier for you, we have added
a recommended fit to each product. Most of our products will easily fit a standard XS to L,
with a few exceptions that are clearly labelled.
If you love one of our styles but are unsure about the sizing, please email us at
email@example.com. We will guide you in the right direction or discuss a custom order
for a smaller or larger size. If you aren’t happy with the fit of the product, please contact us
to discuss a refund.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE OR SOMEWHERE I CAN TRY THESE ON?
Yes we do! – You can come to our Academy location in Toronto: 1110A Wilson Ave suite
202, North York, Ontario. We also have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive
your item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org to process a refund. All clothing must be unworn, with the original
tags still attached.
WHAT IF SOMETHING I WANT IS SOLD OUT?
We make our products in limited quantities, so there is a chance that your favourite product
may be sold out. We can’t guarantee that anything will be restocked, but if there is
something you really wanted you can enter your email for restock notifications on a certain
item. If you like something, we recommend that you order it as soon as you see it’s in stock
because it might not be restocked. Most of our designs are limited edition and each new
collection drop will bring a different variety of styles.

Yes. If you wish to pick up your order, please do not place your order on this website. Send
us a message on Instagram @americas.academy and we will give you instructions on how
to order for pick up
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please be prepared for possible delays in the
shipping and processing of your order. We value your time and will do our best to get your
order shipped as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your order has been
processed. All orders will be shipped out of Toronto, Canada.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
This depends whether you are located in the U.S. or Canada. You can expect your order to
arrive within a week of it being processed. We offer expedited shipping options if you need it
sooner. Please be aware that because of current delays, there is a possibility of your order
taking longer than expected. For customers in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer a drop-off
option so you can receive your order on the following Saturday.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel or change any items in your order,
however if you wish to pursue a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
