Luxirious Makeup Routine

It might seem crazy that even after eating a shoal of fish, necking water and applying various chemical exfoliants and luminous lotions to my skin, that I still have to increase the wattage even more with illuminating makeup products – but that my friends, is the life of an extremely dehydrated person. In terms of primers, you can’t go wrong with the Smashbox Photo Finish Primerizer which is basically the most moisturising primer you will find. Trust me, I’ve tried them all. I switch around my bases, but you can bet your bottom dollar that they are as glowy as I can get ’em, although the key is to apply whatever you’re using with a BeautyBlender. The moisturise in the sponge helps to blend, takes away any excess product and gives you a fast and easy way to smoosh product into your skin without having to use your hands.

The obvious way to add that finishing touch, the ‘cherry on the top’ of desired shine, is with a highlighter and if you’re a regular watcher of my videos then I’m sure it will come as no surprise that I’m inputting the Glossier Haloscope in Quartz here. I dab it on with my fingers and basically press it all over my face, but focusing on my non-existent cheekbones. For something with more punch, I’ll always have a special place in my heart for the BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Moonstone. That’s the shade that works best for me, although their colour line-up is vast. I find it best dusted on with a small brush and then bopped over with the BeautyBlender for ultimate ‘I’m just naturally this dewy’ glow. PAH! You know the real reason. I told you this list was long…
